Producer Organization definition

Producer Organization or “PO” means an organization established and operating as a cooperative under the Recipient’s Law No. 1/002 of March 6, 1996, and comprising at least five (5) producers, whether farmers, livestock breeders, or non-farmers / livestock breeders.
