Product Launch Date definition

Product Launch Date means the date the Seller ships to Buyer Product for commercial resale (subject to all required regulatory approvals), but no later than ** ** mutual execution of the design transfer document required under applicable law; provided, however, that Seller timely ships Product to Buyer in accordance with the ** ** Purchase Order.

Product Launch Date shall be defined as April 1, 2002.

• The Parties understand that the Specifications may need to be revised from time to time up to the Product Launch Date.

More Definitions of Product Launch Date

Product Launch Date means the first Monday following completion of the Training Program (as defined in Section 6.1).

Product Launch Date means the date of first commercial sale of ------------------- Product in the Territory by Cytogen or any Affiliate of Cytogen to a non- Affiliate of Cytogen following the receipt by Cytogen of all necessary FDA approvals to market and promote such Product in the Territory, including, without limitation, any necessary pre-approval of advertising or promotional materials.

Product Launch Date means ninety (90) days after FDA approval of the Product.

Targacept shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Poli and Interchem of the Product Launch Date.

Product Launch Date means the date that is earlier to occur of: (a) the actual date of the first commercial shipment of the Product to a Client by AMAC or (b) the date that is ninety (90) days after LIFECOMM notifies AMAC that the AMAC Bundle is available for commercial operation pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement; provided, that AMAC is not then contesting in good faith that any component, or all components, of the AMAC Bundle are sufficiently functional and stable for commercial operation.
