Product Launch Date definition

Product Launch Date means the date the Seller ships to Buyer Product for commercial resale (subject to all required regulatory approvals), but no later than ** ** mutual execution of the design transfer document required under applicable law; provided, however, that Seller timely ships Product to Buyer in accordance with the ** ** Purchase Order.

More Definitions of Product Launch Date

Product Launch Date means the first Monday following completion of the Training Program (as defined in Section 6.1).
