Product Partners definition

Product Partners means, in respect of a Seller, any third parties which, pursuant to a Contract with that Seller or any of its Affiliates, co-develop, co-promote, co-market, or otherwise have a licence or other right to research, develop, manufacture, promote, distribute, market, or sell any Product, including all manufacturers and suppliers of that Product;
Product Partners means any third parties which pursuant to a Contract with Seller or any Affiliate of Seller co-develop, co-promote, co-market, or otherwise have a licence or other right to research, develop, manufacture, promote, distribute, market, or sell any Product, including all manufacturers and suppliers of any such Product;
Product Partners means organizations who partner with Grabox for the purposes of marketing and selling their goods;

  • The Seller and its Affiliates have not, and to the Seller’s Knowledge, none of its Product Partners or any other third party under any Licensed Intellectual Property Contract has received since 1 January 2009, any written notices or other correspondence from any Governmental Entity with respect to any on-going clinical or pre-clinical studies or tests of any Product requiring the termination, suspension or material modification of such studies or tests.

  • MP means Monongahela Power Company, an Ohio corporation.

  • Departing Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or 11.2.

  • GP LLC means Plains All American GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • SDS means safety data sheets;

  • Partners means the General Partner and the Limited Partners.

  • Best management practice (BMP) means a structural device or nonstructural practice designed to temporarily store or treat stormwater runoff in order to mitigate flooding, reduce pollution, and provide other amenities.
