Product Payments definition

Product Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 of the License Agreement.

Examples of Product Payments in a sentence

  • If SCE is required by law or regulation to remit or pay Governmental Charges which are Seller’s responsibility hereunder, SCE may deduct such amounts from monthly Product Payments to Seller made pursuant to Exhibit E.

  • If SCE elects not to deduct such amounts from Seller’s monthly Product Payments, Seller shall promptly reimburse SCE for such amounts upon SCE’s Payment Invoice request.

  • If SCE elects not to deduct such amounts from Seller’s monthly Product Payments, Seller shall promptly reimburse SCE for such amounts upon SCE’s invoice request.
