Production Sales Contracts definition

Production Sales Contracts means all contracts, agreements and arrangements for the sale or disposition of Minerals.
Production Sales Contracts mean those agreements now or hereafter executed in connection with the sale of Oil and Gas attributable to the Oil and Gas Properties.
Production Sales Contracts means all contracts, agreements and arrangements for the sale or disposition of Subject Hydrocarbons that may be produced from or attributable to the Subject Interests, whether presently existing or hereafter created.

  • Among such costs and expenses are (a) any costs and expenses of adjusting and unwinding the Production Sales Contracts to match or approximate the new Scheduled Quantities, and (b) if the Production Sales Contracts are not amended, any penalties, extra charges, or reductions in purchase price resulting from Scheduled Quantities that are more or less than the quantities of Hydrocarbons specified in the Production Sales Contracts.

  • Assignor will exercise its best efforts to perform all obligations binding on it under Production Sales Contracts and to enforce the performance of the obligations of third parties thereunder; provided, however, that Assignor shall have no liability for the performance of the obligations of any purchaser of Subject Hydrocarbons in the absence of any negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Assignor.

  • Where the price at which Subject Hydrocarbons are sold is limited by applicable Laws, the price so permitted to be paid for Subject Hydrocarbons shall be controlling if lower than prices established in Production Sales Contracts or required hereunder.

  • Accordingly, it shall not be necessary for Assignee to join in any new Production Sales Contracts or any amendments to existing Production Sales Contracts.

  • As to any third parties, all acts of Assignor in marketing the Subject Hydrocarbons and all Production Sales Contracts executed by Assignor shall be binding on Payee; it being understood that the right and obligation to market the Subject Hydrocarbons is at all times vested in Assignor and Assignee does not have any such right or obligation or any possessory interest in all or part of the Subject Hydrocarbons.

  • As to any third parties, all acts of Grantor in marketing the Subject Hydrocarbons and all Production Sales Contracts executed by Grantor shall be binding on Grantee and the Net Profits Interest; it being understood that the right and obligation to market the Subject Hydrocarbons is at all times vested in Grantor and Grantee does not have any such right or obligation or any possessory interest in all or part of the Subject Hydrocarbons.

  • Accordingly, it shall not be necessary for Grantee to join in any new Production Sales Contracts or any amendments to existing Production Sales Contracts.

More Definitions of Production Sales Contracts

Production Sales Contracts means those contracts for the sale of Petroleum Substances produced from the Lands, or lands with which the Lands have been pooled or unitized, as described in Schedule "I";
Production Sales Contracts means all contracts, agreements and arrangements for the sale or disposition of Subject Hydrocarbons that may be produced from or attributable to Subject Interests, whether presently existing or hereafter created. The Bocachico Prospect, the Cambulos A Prospect and the Cambulos B Prospect are herein collectively called the "Prospects" and sometimes individually called a "Prospect".
Production Sales Contracts there are no Production Sales Contracts for the sale of Petroleum Substances produced from the Lands not terminable on thirty (30) days notice or less;
Production Sales Contracts means the production sales contracts set forth in Schedule "F";
Production Sales Contracts means the contracts for the purchase and sale of any of the Vendor’s interest in Hydrocarbon Substances produced from or allocated to the Lands, including those described in Schedule 1.01(D) .

  • sales contract means a contract under which a trader transfers or agrees to transfer the ownership of goods to a consumer and the consumer pays or agrees to pay the price, including any contract that has both goods and services as its object. Conformity

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Supply contract means a contract under which a lessor buys or leases goods to be leased.

  • Production Burdens means any royalties (including lessor’s royalties), overriding royalties, production payments, net profit interests or other similar interests that constitute a burden on, and are measured by or are payable out of, the production of Hydrocarbons or the proceeds realized from the sale or other disposition thereof (including any amounts payable to publicly traded royalty trusts), but excluding Taxes and assessments of Governmental Entities.

  • Production Unit means a facility for generation of electricity made up of a single generation unit or of an aggregation of generation units;

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Production facility means a facility in California at which gasoline or CARBOB is produced. Upon request of a producer, the executive officer may designate, as part of the producer's production facility, a physically separate bulk storage facility which (A) is owned or leased by the producer, and (B) is operated by or at the direction of the producer, and (C) is not used to store or distribute gasoline or CARBOB that is not supplied from the production facility.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Harvest batch means a specifically identified quantity of dried flower or trim, leaves, and other cannabis plant matter that is uniform in strain, harvested at the same time, and, if applicable, cultivated using the same pesticides and other agricultural chemicals, and harvested at the same time.

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Inventories means “Inventories” as defined in the Uniform System of Accounts, such as, but not limited to, provisions in storerooms, refrigerators, pantries and kitchens; beverages in wine cellars and bars; other merchandise intended for sale; fuel; mechanical supplies; stationery; and other expensed supplies and similar items.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Inventory is all “inventory” as defined in the Code in effect on the date hereof with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all merchandise, raw materials, parts, supplies, packing and shipping materials, work in process and finished products, including without limitation such inventory as is temporarily out of Borrower’s custody or possession or in transit and including any returned goods and any documents of title representing any of the above.

  • Mineral Products means the commercial end products derived from operating the Property as a mine:

  • Volumetric Production Payments means production payment obligations recorded as deferred revenue in accordance with GAAP, together with all undertakings and obligations in connection therewith.

  • Petroleum Products means gasolines and petroleum oil distillates or blend stocks as further described in Item 10.

  • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:

  • Petroleum refinery means each facility engaged in producing gasoline, kerosene, distillate fuel oils, residual fuel oils, lubricants, or other products through distillation of petroleum or through redistillation, cracking, extracting, or reforming of unfinished petroleum derivatives.

  • Offtake Agreement means the offtake agreement dated May 13, 2008 with Glencore International AG pursuant to which the Company agreed to sell in U.S. dollars to Glencore, and Glencore agreed to acquire, 100% of the V2O5 production at the Maracás Menchen Mine. The Offtake Agreement was terminated effective April 30, 2020. See "Description of the Business - Marketing and Distribution".

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
