Products Under Development definition

Products Under Development means the products currently under development and subject to current clinical trials set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.
Products Under Development has the meaning set forth in Section 5.19.
Products Under Development means the products of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries currently under development by the Company or such Subsidiary that are scheduled for commercial release by the Company or such Subsidiary during calendar year 2010, in their current state of development as of the Closing Date.

Products Under Development means any product intended for the dandruff shampoo category and which is under development for the Product Line on the Closing Date.

If the Department determines that technological or economic limitations on the application of measurement methodology to a particular emissions unit would make the imposition of an emissions standard infeasible, a design, equipment, work practice, operational standard, or combination thereof, may be prescribed instead to satisfy the requirement for the application of best available control technology. Such standard shall, to the degree possible, set forth the emissions reduction achievable by implementation of such design, equipment, work practice or operation, and shall provide for compliance by means which achieve equivalent results.
