Professional appraiser definition

Professional appraiser means an individual or firm that is certified under IC 6-1.1-31.7.
Professional appraiser used herein means any appraisers/appraisal institutions specializing in real estate or other lawful appraisers/appraisal institutions of real estate and equipment.
Professional appraiser means a real property appraiser or other person duly authorized by law to engage in value appraisal of real property or equipment.
