Professional Threshold definition

Professional Threshold means a retail value of Eight Hundred Euros (800.00 €) or, if a product is sold in a currency other than Euro, shall mean the equivalent value of Eight Hundred Euros (800.00 €) in that currency, as determined on the basis of the exchange rate published by the European Central Bank on the first business day of each semi-annual period (January 1-June 30 and July 1-December 31 of each year). Sisvel will notify to Licensees each semi-annual period a table setting out the equivalent professional threshold in different currencies, based on the above exchange rate, which shall apply to the whole of that semi-annual period.

Examples of Professional Threshold in a sentence

  • A Related Entity demonstrating compliance with any of the Professional Threshold Requirements, shall be the entity responsible (jointly and severally with the Bidder and the Member) for the execution of the part of the Works (as applicable and respectively to the category of experience demonstrated) on behalf of the Bidder in the event of a Successful Bid.

  • The Participant has added that all information is known to the Water Authority who has inspected the execution of the project and as such can confirm the details in the context of the Professional Threshold Requirement(s) and evaluation of the EXPS.

  • Each Bidder is required to meet the professional threshold requirements set forth in Sections 6.1 (Transportation Projects Experience), 6.2 (Ballast Track Works Experience), and 0 (Standards) (the "Professional Threshold Requirements").

Related to Professional Threshold

  • Minimum Threshold means the average daily yield on the 10 Year Treasury Note (as reported in the Bloomberg GT10 index) over the Award Period.

  • Ownership Threshold means, with respect to any Person, Beneficial Ownership of the greater of (A) 15% of the Common Shares at any time outstanding or (B) the percentage of the outstanding Common Shares Beneficially Owned by such Person on the date of this Rights Agreement, plus in the case of this clause (B) 1% of the Common Shares outstanding on such date.

  • Professional Fee Claims means all Claims for accrued, contingent, and/or unpaid fees and expenses (including transaction and success fees) incurred by a Professional in the Chapter 11 Cases on or after the Petition Date and through and including the Confirmation Date that the Bankruptcy Court has not denied by Final Order. To the extent that the Bankruptcy Court or any higher court of competent jurisdiction denies or reduces by a Final Order any amount of a Professional’s fees or expenses, then those reduced or denied amounts shall no longer constitute Professional Fee Claims.

  • Professional Client means a “Professional Client” for the purposes of CySEC Rules, as specified in the Client Categorization Policy found on the Company’s Website.

  • Non-Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Professional Persons means all Persons retained by order of the Bankruptcy Court in connection with the Reorganization Cases, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 330 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code, excluding any ordinary course professionals retained pursuant to order of the Bankruptcy Court.
