Profitability Date definition

Profitability Date means, with respect to each Product, the first day of the first calendar quarter in which Net Profits are realized for such Product.

More Definitions of Profitability Date

Profitability Date means, with respect to a particular Product, the date on which four (4) Profit Share Payments have been made to Citius under Section 6.1 for any four (4) Fiscal Quarters (whether or not such Fiscal Quarters are consecutive).
