Examples of Program Aptamer in a sentence

  • In calculating the payments due to ELAN for the licenses granted in Section 7.12(d) and (e), and related matters, the terms of Sections 5.3 and 5.4 and all related obligations (including the right to offset payments in accordance with Section 5.4.1(c)) shall apply mutatis mutandis to each such Terminated Program Aptamer and Product Derived therefrom.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:
