Program Cluster Period definition

Program Cluster Period means the period from 1 September 2006 to 31 December 2010 during which the Program Cluster will be implemented;
Program Cluster Period means the period during which the Program Cluster will be implemented as agreed between the Borrower and ADB;
Program Cluster Period means the period from 1 March 2009 until 28 February 2012;

  • The Borrower shall ensure that the policies and actions as described in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix, prior to this Loan Agreement shall continue in effect for the duration of the Program Cluster Period and thereafter as appropriate.

  • The Borrower shall keep ADB informed of, and the Borrower and ADB shall from time to time exchange views on, sector issues, policy reforms and additional reforms during the Program Cluster Period that may be considered necessary or desirable, including the progress made in carrying out policies and actions set out in the Policy Letter and the Policy Matrix.

  • Except as provided in the regulations and RAD conditions, YHA will not select a proposal to provide PBV assistance for units in a building or enter into an Agreement or HAP contract to provide PBV assistance for units in a project, if the total number of dwelling units in the project that will receive PBV assistance during the term of the PBV HAP is more than 25 percent of the number of dwelling units (assisted or unassisted) in a project.

Related to Program Cluster Period

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
