Program Expansion definition

Program Expansion means the addition of a new service program, space at an existing site, or a new site by a vendor;
Program Expansion has the meaning ascribed such term in Section 2.01 of the Agreement.
Program Expansion means redesign of existing space to increase capacity and efficiency, or addition of a new program within an existing facility to be able to serve more individuals.
