Program Implementing Agencies definition

Program Implementing Agencies means the Borrower’s (i) Central Bank of Myanmar, (ii) Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, (iii) Ministry of Commerce,
Program Implementing Agencies means EDA, MOF, MOJ, SBV, MOIT, OOG and MOLISA or any successor thereto acceptable to ADB, which are responsible for the day-to-day implementation of Subprogram 2;
Program Implementing Agencies means DAT, DOT, DPHE, DOTr, DOHFW, DOSE and DOLRS, as described in paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;

  • The Borrower shall ensure that reporting on impact of the Program following the Program period is made by the Program Implementing Agencies to the Program Executing Agency which shall in turn, report to ADB.

  • The Borrower, through the Program Implementing Agencies, shall provide ADB with the opportunity to review and comment on relevant studies, draft orders, rules and regulations under their respective agencies which may likely impact the objectives and implementation of the Programmatic Approach.
