Examples of Program Implementing Agencies in a sentence
The Borrower shall ensure that reporting on impact of the Program following the Program period is made by the Program Implementing Agencies to the Program Executing Agency which shall in turn, report to ADB.
The scheme would be implemented through Program Implementing Agencies (PIAs) to be empanelled with MAEF.
The Borrower, the Program Executing Agency, and the Program Implementing Agencies shall: (a) comply with ADB's Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Program; and (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.
The Borrower shall also cause the National Competitiveness Council to consult with the key xxxxxxxx of commerce, including Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industries Inc., Joint Foreign Xxxxxxxx of Commerce and other xxxxxxxx to provide feedback to the Program Executing Agency and Program Implementing Agencies on Program implementation, impact, and other issues effecting competitiveness.
The Borrower, through the Program Implementing Agencies, shall provide ADB with the opportunity to review and comment on relevant studies, draft orders, rules and regulations under their respective agencies which may likely impact the objectives and implementation of the Programmatic Approach.
