Program Price definition

Program Price means the reimbursement rates and prescription drug prices established by the administrator of the Oregon Prescription Drug Program.

Program Price refers to the sum of the base price for your program, plus single supplement (if applicable), plus any air add-on costs, included government taxes, fees, or port charges, and pre- or post-trip extension costs; but does not include any other items, such as surcharges, government taxes or fees that are payable onsite, etc. (collectively, “Other Items”).

Program Price means the total price that You will pay for each Covered Device under this Program, as listed on the Pricing Schedule.

• The State may, at its sole discretion, address the issue of Government Mandated Program Price adjustments on a case by case basis if and when such a government mandate comes to pass.

• PLEASE NOTE: The Program Price assumes that you pass every class in the program and that you will carry 16 credit hours per term for the entire length of the program.

• You will receive a credit valued at 5% of the Program Price (less any discounts), which may be applied to any Grand Circle trip on which you depart within one year.

• Once there is no longer availability, customers choosing the Monthly Variable Price will be placed on the Program Price, but these customers may cancel without penalty at any time by providing notice to us.

• Fujifilm shall issue invoices for the sums set out in the Program Price and Payment Schedule set forth in each Scope of Work and Clauses 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, and 3.6 as such sums fall due and aTyr shall pay Fujifilm’s invoice(s) within [***] calendar days of the date of the relevant invoice unless aTyr in good faith disputes the amounts due under such invoice, in which case such the disputed portion of the invoice shall not be due until [***] days after resolution of such dispute.

• Applicable pricing for the Standard Program Price and the Monthly Variable Price will be published on NOPEC’s website at xxx.xxxxx.xxx at least thirty (30) days prior to its effective date.

• If you are enrolled in a Term Price product with a term which expires prior to your January 2023 meter read date, upon expiration of the term of such product, you will automatically be enrolled in our then-current Standard Program Price product at the then-current Standard Program Price unless you enroll in one of the other product options being offered at that time.
