Program Price definition

Program Price means the reimbursement rates and prescription drug prices established by the administrator of the Oregon Prescription Drug Program.
Program Price refers to the sum of the base price for your program, plus single supplement (if applicable), plus any air add-on costs, included government taxes, fees, or port charges, and pre- or post-trip extension costs; but does not include any other items, such as surcharges, government taxes or fees that are payable onsite, etc. (collectively, “Other Items”).
Program Price means the total price that You will pay for each Covered Device under this Program, as listed on the Pricing Schedule.

  • The State may, at its sole discretion, address the issue of Government Mandated Program Price adjustments on a case by case basis if and when such a government mandate comes to pass.

  • If you are enrolled in a Term Price product with a term which expires prior to your January 2023 meter read date, upon expiration of the term of such product, you will automatically be enrolled in our then-current Standard Program Price product at the then-current Standard Program Price unless you enroll in one of the other product options being offered at that time.
