Program Recyclables definition

Program Recyclables means the Recyclable Materials designated by the County from time to time to be segregated from other materials in the waste stream.
Program Recyclables means the Recovered Materials that are acceptable in the City’s program as delineated in Exhibit 4, and that are separated from the Garbage at the location where they are generated (e.g., Residential Customers) and then Set Out for Collection at that location.
Program Recyclables means Recyclable Materials accepted in the City’s recycling program, which currently includes plastic containers (#1-7); flint, amber, and green glass bottles, jugs and jars; aluminum cans; steel cans; newspapers; corrugated cardboard; and mixed paper (magazines, junk mail, paperboard). Acceptable materials may be amended at the City’s discretion as markets develop for additional materials.

  • If the AMV exceeds the established Processing Fee, the Contactor shall pay the Municipality for Recyclables based on 70% of the monthly AMV amount above the applicable Processing Fee, multiplied by the Tons of Program Recyclables delivered to the Receiving Facility by the Designated Community.

  • The CONTRACTOR shall not sell such Program Recyclables or Recovered Materials to another agent that landfills or disposes of material other than through recycling.


More Definitions of Program Recyclables

Program Recyclables means Recyclable Materials collected by or on behalf of the TOWN and over which the TOWN has control, including newspapers (including inserts), corrugated cardboard, mixed paper (including brown paper bags, magazines, phonebooks, junk mail, white and colored paper, shredded paper in a bag, and paperboard), aluminum cans, plastic containers and bottles marked with SPI codes 1-7, glass bottles and jars, tin and ferrous cans, polycoated cartons, and other materials added by mutual agreement of the TOWN and CONTRACTOR.
Program Recyclables means Recyclables included in the County’s Residential and Multi‐Family recycling program. Program Recyclables include incidental amounts of Rejects and non‐designated materials as can normally be expected as part of municipal recycling collection. The types of Recyclables included in the County’s recycling program may be amended by the Contract Manager.
