Acceptable Materials means those categories of Materials as described hazardous under O.Reg
Acceptable Materials. Yard Trimmings Prohibited Materials: Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, Food Waste, Excluded Waste Additional Service: Single−Family Customers shall receive one (1) Yard Trimmings Cart standard. Contractor shall provide additional Yard Trimmings Carts to Single−Family Customers upon request and may charge the “Additional Yard Trimming Cart” Monthly Service Rate equivalent to fifty (50%) of the Solid Waste monthly Service Rate gallon equivalent.
Acceptable Materials means Commingled Containers and Commingled Paper as further described in Appendix E.

Acceptable Materials. Stone, precast concrete or metal. Letters may be of translucent white plastic or metal. Temporary or moveable marquis lettering is prohibited. Lighting for monument signage: Monument signage will be designed to be visible at night, but not excessively bright. Acceptable methods of illumination are (a) a ground mounted flood light(s) in front of the sign or (b) back lit translucent plastic letters cut as stencils within a metal panel background or (c) raised solid letters back lit with concealed neon, or (d) some combination of (a), (b) or (c). All lighting or back lit letters will be white light. There will be only one method of illumination for monument signs, to be designed by the Project Architect and graphics consultant, and it shall be applied uniformly to all monument signs. Prohibitions: Profane, lewd, racist or offensive content of any kind is prohibited. Temporary banners, or temporary signage for special events or temporary activity is prohibited. Advertising (except for tenant names and leasing contact information, as described herein) is prohibited. No blinking lights or strobe lights are permitted. No pylon signs are permitted. No part of any building mounted signage may extend above the roof line of the building. Access Tract Monument Sign The Project Architect together with its graphics consultant and landscape architect will design a monument sign to be shared by Tower I Owner and Tower II Owner, as described in Section 12.1(e). The monument sign will be architecturally compatible with the buildings on the Site. Tower I Owner and Tower II Owner both have the right to approve the final design of the monument sign. In the unlikely event that both parties cannot agree upon the final design then, provided the design meets all of the criteria set forth herein, the Project Architect may arbitrate the final design. Specific criteria will be as follows:
Acceptable Materials means of (1) Solid Waste disposed (a) by individual residents of the Town, or (b) in the course of normal municipal and private collection of Solid Waste, including Residential Waste and Commercial Waste; and excluding (i) tires which have been substantially segregated from other waste prior to delivery to the Transfer Station, (ii) Unacceptable Waste and (iii) Hazardous Waste; (2) Recyclables; (3) Yard Waste; and (4) Construction and Demolition Waste.
Acceptable Materials. Solid Waste Prohibited Materials: Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, Excluded Waste Additional Service: Special pick-ups requested by a Customer, on days other than their regularly scheduled Collection day, will be available at an approved additional charge. Such additional picks-ups can be scheduled equating to up to six (6) days per week total service.
Acceptable Materials means all of the materials delivered to the Facilities by the Collection 92 Contractor(s), Public Participants, (or on behalf of Public Participants), and Other Users as permitted under 93 Applicable Law and the Facilities’ Permits, including Mixed Waste, Source-Separated Organic Materials 94 and Source-Separated Recyclable Materials. Acceptable Materials may include some Unacceptable 95 Materials that must be removed by the Service Contractor before Processing or Disposal.
