Program Schedule. The monthly updated schedule, taking into consideration sequencing of projects, cash flow of sales tax revenues, architects and/or engineers services, and construction of all projects.
Program Schedule is defined in Section 2.1 of this Agreement.
Program Schedule means a schedule that constitutes a part of the Program and details certain particulars with respect to the Program and Awards hereunder for one or more Performance Periods. The Program Schedule, including any minimum standards and revenue share described therein, is subject to change at any time in Constant Contact’s sole discretion, and if Partner does not agree to any such changes, Partner must terminate this Agreement.
