Programme Milestone definition

Programme Milestone means one of the following milestones as appropriate:
Programme Milestone means the Milestones specified by the DEA in Appendix 5, Time schedules.
Programme Milestone means the Milestones specified by the DEA in Appendix.

Examples of Programme Milestone in a sentence

  • If a Party has caused a Programme Milestone to not be achieved by the relevant Programme Milestone Date (through its own acts, omissions, defaults or negligence), that Party shall, subject to clauses 26.1, 26.2, 26.3 and 26.7, be solely responsible for any Liability arising as a result of that breach.

  • The Police Transformation Unit Commander shall put steps in place to seek to ensure that the relevant Programme Milestones are achieved as soon as reasonably practicable and shall agree a final date by which the Programme Milestone must be achieved (the “Final Date”).

  • If the Programme Milestone has still not been achieved by the Final Date, the issue shall be escalated to the Senior Responsible Officer and the Strategic Oversight Board who shall put steps in place and an action plan which shall be complied with by the relevant Parties to seek to resolve the delay.

  • That the Programme Milestone Plan contained within the Shaping Dorset Council Highlight Report be amended to include the use of shapes in addition to colours, in order to identify progress in the different areas.

  • If the Programme Milestone has still not been achieved by the Final Date, the issue shall be escalated to the Strategic Oversight Board who shall put steps in place and an action plan which shall be complied with by the relevant Parties to seek to resolve the delay.

  • The Delivery Group shall put steps in place to seek to ensure that the relevant Programme Milestones are achieved as soon as reasonably practicable and shall agree a final date by which the Programme Milestone must be achieved (the “Final Date”).

  • Furthermore, the documentation of the CO2 storage site’s compliance should be reflected as a Project Milestone below Programme Milestone 2.1 as per R-7, Appendix 3, Requirements specification.

  • Specifically, the Operator shall obtain and provide documentation to the DEA of validation of the measurement system for CO2 storage reporting from an Accredited Third Party as part of completing Programme Milestone 2.1 as per R-19, Appendix 3, Requirements specification.

  • Programme Milestone 3.1, Appendix 5, Master Milestone Plan and encompassing, in particular, the Operator’s achievement of the CO2 reductions as required in the Contract.

  • The DEA requires that the Tenderer submits documentation for the entry into all sub-contracts required for the performance of the CCS Activities, e.g., with a CO2 storage supplier, as part of the deliverables in Programme Milestone 1.3 in this Appendix, and therefore not as part of BAFO.

Related to Programme Milestone

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which must be completed by the corresponding date set out in such plan;

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.1.

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Sales Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Milestone Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the Expiry Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.1 (iii);

  • Stage 2 means the construction of the second hotel and other developments facilities and amenities referred to in the Development Proposals;

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Phase I Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product, the principal purpose of which is a preliminary determination of safety in healthy individuals or patients, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a).

  • Milestone Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Programme Limit means the maximum aggregate nominal amount of Notes that may be issued and outstanding at any time under the Programme, as such limit may be increased pursuant to the Dealer Agreement;
