Progress Certificate definition

Progress Certificate means the certificate issued by the Project Engineer under Clause 8.3 (c) of this Concession Agreement.
Progress Certificate means a certificate issued in accordance with the requirements of item 6 of Appendix A. "Progress Payment Instruction" means a PPI – Consolidated Allocation or any one or more of a: PPI - Contractor Allocation; PPI - Subcontractor Allocation; or PPI - Retention Allocation, the purpose of which is to originate a payment by the Principal into the Project Bank Account.

  • If the Superintendent fails to issue a Progress Certificate within fourteen (14) days, the Superintendent is deemed to determined, at the end of the fourteen (14) day period that the milestone has not been attained.
