Authorized Lessee Representative definition

Authorized Lessee Representative means the person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the Lessee by written certificate furnished to the Issuer and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person or persons and signed on behalf of the Lessee by the Chairman of the Board, the President or any Vice President of the Lessee.
Authorized Lessee Representative has the meaning specified in Section 28.
Authorized Lessee Representative means the President or any Vice President of the Lessee, except that the Lessee may, by written notice to the Noteholder, designate additional Authorized Lessee Representatives or delete Authorized Lessee Representatives.
