Prohibited Container Contaminants means the following: (i) Discarded Materials placed in the

• Labels shall clearly indicate items that are Prohibited Container Contaminants for each Container.

• In the fourth and any subsequent observances of Prohibited Container Contaminants in the same calendar year, Franchisee may increase the contamination Processing fee by ten (10) dollar increments and may Collect the contaminated materials with the Solid Waste and Transport the contaminated materials to the Approved Disposal Facility, provided that the contaminants may safely and lawfully be Collected as Solid Waste.

More Definitions of Prohibited Container Contaminants

Prohibited Container Contaminants means the following: (i) discarded materials placed in the Recyclable Materials Container that are not identified as acceptable Source Separated Recyclable Materials for the Recyclable Materials Container; (ii) discarded materials placed in the Organic Waste Container that are not identified as acceptable Source Separated Organic Waste for the Organic Waste Container;

Prohibited Container Contaminants means (i) items placed in the Blue Container that are not identified as acceptable Recyclable Materials; (ii) items placed in the Green Container that are not identified as acceptable organic waste; (iii) items placed in the Gray Container that are acceptable to be placed in City’s Green Container and/or Blue Container ; and (iv) Excluded Waste placed in any Container.

Prohibited Container Contaminants means the following: (i) discarded materials placed in the Blue Container that are not identified as acceptable Source Separated Recyclable Materials for the City’s Blue Container; (ii) discarded materials placed in the Green Container that are not identified as acceptable Source Separated Green Container Organic Waste for the City’s Green Container; (iii) discarded materials placed in the Gray/Black Container that are acceptable Source Separated Recyclable Materials and/or Source Separate Green Container Organic Wastes to be placed in Cities Green Container and/or Blue Container; and (iv) any material prohibited to be placed in any container pursuant to Section 6-2.104 or any other section of this Municipal Code.

Prohibited Container Contaminants means any Discarded Material placed in a Generator’s Container that is not intended or permitted for collection in that Container, such as:

Prohibited Container Contaminants means the following: (i) Discarded Materials placed in the Blue Container that are not identified as acceptable Source Separated Recyclables for the City’s Blue Container; (ii) Discarded Materials placed in the Green Container that are not identified as acceptable SSGCOW for the City’s Green Container; (iii) Discarded Materials placed in the Gray Container that are acceptable Source Separated Recyclable Materials and/or SSGCOW to be placed in City’s Green Container and/or Blue Container; and (iv) Excluded Waste placed in any Container.

Prohibited Container Contaminants means any discarded materials placed in a recyclable container that are not identified as designated recyclable materials as identified in Section 8.36.200.

Prohibited Container Contaminants means (1) discarded materials placed in the designated Recyclables Container that are not identified as acceptable Source Separated Recyclables for the Town’s designated Recyclables collection Container; (2) discarded materials placed in the designated Organic Waste collection Container that are not identified as acceptable Source Separated Organic Waste for the Town’s designated Organic Waste collection Container; and (3) discarded materials placed in the Garbage Container that are acceptable Source Separated Recyclables and/or Source Separated Organic Waste to be placed in Town’s designated Organic Waste collection Container and/or designated Recyclables collection Container, and (4) exempt waste placed in any Container.
