Discarded Material means a material which is:

Examples of Discarded Material in a sentence

  • The intent of contamination fees is to provide a behavioral tool to educate and prevent Customers from placing Source Separated Discarded Material into the improper designated Container(s).

Discarded Material means all manner of garbage, junk, unused or dismantled trailers, boats, vessels, machinery, mechanical or metal parts, bottles, glass, brush piles, pipes, unused wood or wood products excluding seasoned untreated wood or manufactured products cut in lengths for use as a fuel in a solid fuel burning appliance, dilapidated furniture, inoperative appliances, derelict vehicles and other such similar things;
Discarded Material means a material which that is: (i) abandoned material as defined in this part; (ii) recycled material as defined in this part; or (iii) considered inherently waste-like.
Discarded Material means Solid Waste and/or Targeted Recyclable Materials placed by a Generator in a Container and/or at a location that is designated for Collection pursuant to the Plumas County Code. Discarded Material shall become the property of Contractor pursuant to California Public Resources Code Section 41950 until delivery to the Designated Transfer and Processing Facility.
Discarded Material means Solid Waste and/or Targeted Recyclable Materials placed by a Generator in a Container and/or at a location that is designated for Collection pursuant to the Plumas County Code. Discarded Material shall become the property of the Contractor(s) pursuant to California Public Resources Code Section 41950 until delivery to the designated transfer, processing and Disposal Facility.
