Test Records. Seller shall provide all records associated with PART II.A. through C. no later than four (4) Business Days following completion of a Test. The records shall include copies of the raw data taken during the Test. Collectively, the records and data provided under this section shall be “Test Records”.

Test Records. Drug and alcohol test results shall be kept at the District Office separate from regular personnel files and maintained in such a manner as to ensure confidentiality of all affected employees. Upon request, employees may view their drug and alcohol test results. Copies of any material contained in this file shall be provided to the employee upon request.

The records shall include the measured data recorded to comply with PART II. B and PART II. D of this Appendix. Test Records. 1. Test results will be sent to the HRS Benefits Manager. The records pertaining to the alcohol and controlled substances testing program then shall be maintained by HRS. Access to these records shall be limited to designated staff in HRS.
Test Records. There shall be an electronic test record for each test step performed. The use of manual test logs by a Supplier must be approved by Control4 before the Supplier is qualified as a Control4 supplier. The history test record shall be recorded for tracking purpose. The test record shall contain the following information: · Product’s serial number · Product mac/zigbee address(s) (if applicable) · Product’s name · Time test started (optional) · Time test stopped (optional) · Total test time (optional) · Test area · Test result (pass, fail) · Test limits and measured value(s) · Other relevant information (test logs, product data, screen captures etc.) (optional)
Test Records. The supplier must systematically record the quality control and quality inspection results and the measures in place for remedying faults. There must also be documents about the initial sample testing and the service life tests for in-house developments. The supplier grants XXXXXXXX XXXX WERK access to these records on request. In special cases, the regular supply of certain test records with deliveries can be agreed.
Test Records. For an individual test, record the results on the Individual Drug and Alcohol Test form. For group tests, record results on the Drug and Alcohol Testing form. Anyone who fails an initial breath alcohol test shall be re-tested 15 minutes after the first test. Record the results and actions on the Individual Drug and Alcohol Test form. Urine samples shall be sent to a company approved external testing facility for analysis. Test Failure Anyone that fails a test shall be subject to Disciplinary Process work procedure. Anyone who fails an initial causal Drug Urine Test shall be immediately stood down with pay until an external verification and confirmatory test results has been received. Additionally, anyone who: • refuses to be tested or leave the workplace without undertaking a test; • Attempts to tamper with a sample or falsify a test; Shall be managed as if they have failed the test.
Test Records. The system shall have a means of storing and archiving test records used to determine the RFI (Ready for Issue) condition of the asset being tested. Records shall be linked with current date/time, serial number, type of unit, operator name, and other relevant information.
