Project Labor Coordinator definition

Project Labor Coordinator means the designee ofthe County, either from its own staff or an independent entity acting on behalf of the County, to monitor compliance with this Agreement and assist with developing and implementing the programs referenced herein, all of which are critical to fulfilling the intent and purposes of the Parties and this Agreement, and to otherwise implement and administer this Agreement.
Project Labor Coordinator means the designee of Metropolitan, either from its own staff and/or a consultant acting on behalf of Metropolitan, to monitor compliance with this PLA and assist with developing, implementing and administering the requirements, policies and programs referenced herein. “SBE/DVBE”:
Project Labor Coordinator means the designee of SANDAG, either from its own staff and/or a consultant acting on behalf of SANDAG, to monitor compliance with this CBA and assist with developing, implementing and administering the requirements, policies and programs referenced herein.

Project Labor Coordinator means the designee of the Public Agency, either from its own staff and/or an independent entity acting on behalf of the Public Agency, to monitor compliance with this PLA and assist with developing, implementing and administering the requirements, policies and programs referenced herein.
Project Labor Coordinator means the person(s) designated by City, either from its own staff or an independent contractor acting on the City’s behalf, responsible for monitoring and overseeing compliance with this Agreement and undertaking such other tasks as the City may delegate.
