Project Labor Coordinator definition

Project Labor Coordinator means the designee of the City, either from its own staff and/or an independent entity acting on behalf of the City, to monitor compliance with this Agreement and assist with developing, implementing and administering the requirements, policies and programs referenced herein.
Project Labor Coordinator means the designee of SANDAG, either from its own staff and/or a consultant acting on behalf of SANDAG, to monitor compliance with this CBA and assist with developing, implementing and administering the requirements, policies and programs referenced herein.
