Project Meetings definition

Project Meetings has the meaning set forth in Section 16.28 hereof.
Project Meetings. The Consultant shall conduct periodic Project meetings attended by the County, subconsultant(s) and others. Such meetings shall serve as a forum for the exchange of information concerning the Project and review of the report’s development progress. The Consultant shall prepare and distribute minutes of these meetings to the County, subconsultant(s) and others, as agreed to by the County.
Project Meetings. The Consultant shall attend two (2) meetings with the Project Design Team during this phase.

  • The A-E shall be responsible for providing written minutes of all Project Meetings attended by the A-E or its designee and County representatives.

  • The Contractor shall participate in Project Meetings to coordinate the performance of the Contract, as requested by the COR.

  • Regular Project Meetings will have an Agenda with call-in information for all participants.

  • With respect to all bi-monthly meetings in connection with the achievement of Substantial Completion and Final Completion (“Project Meetings”), (i) PURCHASER (and, as applicable, PURCHASER’s Affiliates) shall include the Director as a notice party for all Project Meetings, (ii) the Director, and/or the Director’s designee, shall have the right to attend all Project Meetings, and (iii) promptly following each Project Meeting, PURCHASER shall provide the Director with the minutes from such Project Meeting.
