Project Partnership definition

Project Partnership means a partnership, limited liability company, corporation or other entity, if any, formed for the ownership and development of the Project and in which the Company is a partner, member or owner, as applicable to the particular type of entity.
Project Partnership shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.1.
Project Partnership means Mont Sainte-Xxxxxxxxxx Wind Farm L.P., a limited partnership formed in accordance with the Civil Code of Québec;

Project Partnership is defined in Section 1.03.
