Projected Substantial Completion Date definition

More Definitions of Projected Substantial Completion Date

Projected Substantial Completion Date means the expected date as determined by the Secretary, at which the stage in the progress of the project when the project or designated portion thereof is sufficiently complete in accordance with the contract documents so that the project or designated portion thereof can be used for its intended use.
