Proof of Access definition

Proof of Access means one or more of the following:
Proof of Access means in respect of any Data Category, proof that a Firm has the right to view Company Data that falls within that Data Category for a particular Company including any updated versions of such Company Data;

Examples of Proof of Access in a sentence

  • Once a stake for proof of access is requested and/or deposited and verified by Salt, Salt Membership Units may not be depleted, through removal or redemption, below the verified Stake for Proof of Access amount stipulated in the relevant instrument, loan, service, or product agreement during the term of that instrument, loan, service, or product by Member request.

  • The deposit of Membership Units onto the Platform is NOT sufficient to constitute a Stake for Proof of Access.

  • The availability of any Staking Proof of Access program, offer, or promotion and its terms and conditions are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Salt.

Related to Proof of Access

  • Proof of age means a valid driver license or other government- issued identification card that contains a photograph of the person and confirms the person's age as twenty-one (21) years of age or older;

  • Proof of Interest means a proof of Interest Filed against any of the Debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • Proof of vaccination means documentation provided by a tribal, federal, state or local government, or a health care provider, that includes an individual’s name, date of birth, type of COVID-19 vaccination given, date or dates given, depending on whether it is a one-dose or two-dose vaccine, and the name/location of the health care provider or site where the vaccine was administered. Documentation may include but is not limited to a COVID-19 vaccination record card or a copy or digital picture of the vaccination record card, or a print-out from the Oregon Health Authority’s immunization registry.

  • proof of identity means the means by which Identity is verified. Proof of Identity may include answers to security questions or the use of a passphrase and may include the use of fingerprints, voiceprints, facial recognition, or other biometric means.

  • Proof of Concept has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
