PropCo Equity Election Procedures definition

PropCo Equity Election Procedures means those certain procedures governing the exercise of the PropCo Equity Election, which procedures shall be included in the Plan Supplement and approved by the Confirmation Order, and which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Consenting Bond Creditors, Requisite Consenting Bank Creditors, the Second Priority Noteholders Committee, the Unsecured Creditors Committee, CEC, and the Debtors.
