For employees with 10 or more years of service, no employee may receive a payoff paid at 100% that exceeds 320 hours (400 hours for Real Property Agent I, II and III) for combined accrued vacation and annual leave.
Notwithstanding the above, for employees with less than 10 years of service, no employee may receive a payoff paid at 100% that exceeds 240 hours (320 hours for Real Property Agent I, II and III) for combined accrued vacation and annual leave.
