Property Appreciation definition

Property Appreciation means, with respect to a taxable disposition of a Real Property, the excess of the sales price paid in such disposition (including amounts paid through the assumption of debt) over the initial Gross Asset Value of such Real Property.
Property Appreciation means that portion of Disposition Proceeds which is in excess of the Initial Value of the real property that is the subject of the disposition.

  • To determine the fair market value of the Jamboree Office REIT Shares for the purpose of the New Property Appreciation Rights, Jamboree Office REIT will obtain an appraisal.

  • If, after Reorganized CWOP exercises a Property Appreciation Right, Jamboree Office REIT elects to declare a dividend of any cash paid upon the exercise of the New Property Appreciation Rights, then the dividend will be distributed to shareholders of Jamboree Office REIT based on their ownership interests after giving effect to the exercise of the applicable right.

  • Tandem Appreciation Right means an Appreciation Right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan that is granted in tandem with an Option Right.

  • Non-Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to receive an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (x) the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the date such right is exercised, and (y) the aggregate exercise price of such right, otherwise than on surrender of a Stock Option.

  • Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to surrender to the Company all (or a portion) of a Stock Option in exchange for an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (i) the Fair Market Value on the date such Stock Option (or such portion thereof) is surrendered, of the Common Stock covered by such Stock Option (or such portion thereof), and (ii) the aggregate exercise price of such Stock Option (or such portion thereof).

  • Stock Appreciation Right or “SAR” means a right to receive the appreciation on Common Stock that is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 5.

  • Phantom Share means a right, pursuant to the Plan, of the Grantee to payment of the Phantom Share Value.

  • Stock Appreciation Rights or “SAR” means a right granted to a Participant under Section 6(c).

  • Limited Stock Appreciation Right means an Award of a limited Tandem Stock Appreciation Right or a Non-Tandem Stock Appreciation Right made pursuant to Section 7.5 of this Plan.

  • Erroneously Awarded Compensation means, with respect to each Executive Officer in connection with an Accounting Restatement, the amount of Clawback Eligible Incentive Compensation that exceeds the amount of Incentive-based Compensation that otherwise would have been Received had it been determined based on the restated amounts, computed without regard to any taxes paid.

  • Free-Standing Appreciation Right means an Appreciation Right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan that is not granted in tandem with an Option Right.

  • Phantom Stock means a right granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 12 representing a number of hypothetical Shares.

  • Appreciation Right means a right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan, and shall include both Tandem Appreciation Rights and Free-Standing Appreciation Rights.

  • SAR means a stock appreciation right granted under the Plan.

  • Performance Share means an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine pursuant to Section 10.

  • Stock Appreciation Right” or “SAR means a stock appreciation right awarded under the Plan as provided in Section 8.

  • Award means any compensation paid by any Governmental Authority in connection with a Condemnation in respect of all or any part of the Property.

  • Performance Unit means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing pursuant to Section 10.

  • Phantom means a volume of material behaving in a manner similar to tissue with respect to the attenuation and scattering of radiation. This requires that both the atomic number (Z) and the density of the material be similar to that of tissue.
