Property Inventory List definition

Property Inventory List means an inventory list of Fixed Assets and Equipment acquired, including any items acquired, installed or constructed with the assistance of Federal funds, by Casitas or by Concessionaire solely at its own expense or at the expense of its contractors. The list provides details about each item including a description of each Fixed Asset, a serial number or identification number, the source of the item, who holds title, the acquisition date and cost of the item, the percentage of Federal participation in the cost, the location and condition of the item, and ultimate disposal data.

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Adjacent Property means all land adjoining and surrounding the Stadium Site on which will be located any public streets, sidewalks, plazas, or bridges and any public or private parking facilities or other accoutrements to be developed by Authority or other parties in connection with the Project.

  • Real Property Deliverables means each of the following agreements, instruments and other documents in respect of each Facility, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent:
