Property Locations definition

Property Locations. Exhibit “A” lists, as of the applicable Determination Date, all of such Grantor’s locations (limited, in the case of any Foreign Grantor, to its United States locations) where Inventory and Equipment constituting Collateral are located (other than any such location where the book value of all Inventory and Equipment located thereon does not exceed $10,000,000). Such Exhibit “A” shall indicate whether such locations are locations (i) owned by a Grantor, (ii) leased by such Grantor as lessee or (iii) at which Inventory is held in a public warehouse or is otherwise held by a bailee or on consignment by such Grantor.
Property Locations. There are no specific restrictions, but locations established largely for the purposes of supporting Non-permissible activities should be excluded from investment consideration. Examples of such restricted locations may include places such as Las Vegas, Nevada, and Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Property Locations. All leased and owned real estate locations of the covered loan parties by insurance should be listed on both the Liability Certificate and Property Certificate. If there is not enough space in the “Location/Description” box, then the addresses should be listed on a separate addendum page attached as page 2 of the certificate.

Examples of Property Locations in a sentence

  • The Customer agrees to provide PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE to the Utility of any changes in telephone number, mailing address, email address or additions and deletions to Exhibit A, Service Property Locations.

  • The Contractor(s) shall perform the routine grounds maintenance services during each service visit to the Property Locations as identified in Attachment “B”.

  • Except as permitted pursuant to Section 9.04 and Article 17 of this Lease, Landlord covenants and agrees not to suffer or permit any covenants, restrictions, reservations, encumbrances, liens, conditions, encroachments, easements and other matters of title that would affect one or more of the Property Locations without Tenant’s prior written consent.

  • Landlord agrees that Tenant shall have, and it is hereby granted, two (2) successive options (the “Extension Options”) to extend the Term as to any Property Location or Property Locations, in Tenant’s sole discretion, for a period of ten (10) years each (individually, an “Extension Period”, and collectively, the “Extension Periods”), each such Extension Period to begin respectively upon the expiration of the initial Term or the prior Extension Period, as the case may be.

  • Without limitation, Landlord and Tenant agree that Base Rent Allocations shall not be used or construed, directly or indirectly, to vary the intent of Landlord and Tenant that this Lease constitutes a single and indivisible lease of all the Property Locations collectively and is not an aggregation of separate leases.

  • The Determined Minimum rents for individual Property Locations shall be computed by multiplying (a) a fraction (the “Quotient”), the numerator of which will be the allocated loan amount assigned to the particular Property Location as set forth in a loan agreement between Landlord and Landlord’s Mortgagee and the denominator of which will be the Total Loan Amount, by (b) the current Base Rent payment.

  • The determination of the FMV Base Rent hereunder shall be made on a Property Location-by-Property Location basis, and the initial Base Rent for such Extension Period shall reflect the FMV Base Rents as determined hereunder for the Property Locations with respect to which the related Extension Option was exercised.

  • Tenant and Landlord each waive any claim or defense based upon the characterization of this Lease as anything other than as a “true lease” and a master lease of all of the Property Locations.

  • All of the terms, covenants and provisions of this Lease shall apply to each Extension Period with respect to the Property Locations that Tenant elects to extend, except that Base Rent (as defined in Section 2.01 below) for each of the Extension Periods shall continue to be adjusted pursuant to the terms of Sections 1.04 and 2.01 below, payable in equal monthly installments as Monthly Base Rent (as defined in Section 2.01).

Related to Property Locations

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Property line means the division line between two units of land.

  • Property, Plant and Equipment means any item of real property, or any interest therein, buildings, improvements and machinery.

  • Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.

  • Personal Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Real Property Leases means the leases, subleases, licenses or other agreements, including all amendments, extensions, renewals, guaranties or other agreements with respect thereto, under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries uses or occupies or has the right to use or occupy any real property.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Real Properties means the real property owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.

  • Real Property Laws as defined in Section 3.1.18(f).

  • Transferred Real Property means (a) the Transferred Owned Real Property and (b) the premises that is subject to the Transferred Real Property Leases.

  • Real Property Assets means as to any Person as of any time, the real property assets (including, without limitation, interests in participating mortgages in which such Person’s interest therein is characterized as equity according to GAAP) owned directly or indirectly by such Person at such time.

  • Machinery and equipment shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.1(c).

  • Assets and Properties of any Person means all assets and properties of every kind, nature, character and description (whether real, personal or mixed, whether tangible or intangible, whether absolute, accrued, contingent, fixed or otherwise and wherever situated), including the goodwill related thereto, operated, owned, licensed or leased by such Person, including cash, cash equivalents, Investment Assets, accounts and notes receivable, chattel paper, documents, instruments, general intangibles, real estate, equipment, inventory, goods and Intellectual Property.

  • Real Property Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(b).

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Leaseholds of any Person shall mean all the right, title and interest of such Person as lessee or licensee in, to and under leases or licenses of land, improvements and/or fixtures.

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • ATMs means an automated teller or cash machine operated by us or by someone else, where your debit card will be accepted.

  • Plant and Equipment means permanent plant, equipment, machinery, apparatus, articles and things of all kinds to be provided and incorporated in the Facilities by the Contractor under the Contract (including the spare parts to be supplied by the Contractor under GCC Sub-Clause 3.3 hereof), but does not include Contractor’s Equipment.

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Leased Properties have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16 herein.
