Proposal Submission Template definition
Proposal Submission Template means the Excel sheet made available to Bidder in the ELL Existing Resource Energy and Capacity RFP Website and called the “Proposal Submission Template” that each Bidder is required to complete and deliver to the Bid Event Coordinator as part of the Propo sal Submission Process.
