Proposed OEBT Notice has the meaning given in clause 28.2.
Proposed OEBT Notice has the meaning given in clause 27.2. Quarter means a 3 Month period beginning on each of 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October.
Proposed OEBT Notice has the meaning given in clause 27.2. reasonable and prudent means, in relation to an undertaking, the exercise of that degree of skill, diligence, prudence and foresight that would reasonably and ordinarily be exercised by a skilled and experienced person complying with recognised standards and applicable laws in the same type of undertaking under the same circumstances and conditions; and reasonably and prudently has a corresponding meaning.
