Technical Solution a complex of software and hardware facilities, developed and maintained by Operator, that enable data transfer from Client to User and/or from User to Client using the Service over the communication network of Operator and/or other telecommunications operators by means of Identifiers and SMS technology. User may use the Service through the use of subscriber terminals, compatible with the Technical solution. The Technical solution for the provision of Telecommunication services may include the following components:
a) Connection of Client to the Identifiers of Operator;
b) Provision of access to the Service of Client to Users through the use of the Operator's Identifiers, or through other methods agreed between the Parties;
c) Other, by agreement of the Parties.
Technical Solution. Attached hereto as Exhibit A-3 is a draft, high level solution (the “Technical Solution”), describing how Supplier will be performing the Services and meeting Health Net’s business requirements as described in this Agreement (including this Schedule and the Exhibits attached hereto). Within sixty (60) days following the Effective Date, Supplier shall be responsible for revising, elaborating on, fully describing, and finalizing the Technical Solution. The Technical Solution may not modify or change the scope of Services to be provided under, or any other terms or conditions of, this Agreement, and shall be provided to Health Net for review, comment and approval. Such detailed Technical Solution, including reasonable comments or suggestions of Health Net, shall be incorporated into the Technology Plan described in Section 17.6 of the Terms and Conditions. Supplier shall perform the Services in accordance with the Technology Plan and the Technical Solution. The network diagram, which depicts the network portion of the Technical Solution is attached as Exhibit A-11 to this Schedule A.
Technical Solution a complex of software and hardware facilities, developed and maintained by Operator, that enable data transfer from Client to User and/or from User to Client using the Service over the communication network of Operator and/or, subject to technical feasibility, other telecommunications operators by means of Identifiers and SMS technology. User may use the Service through the use of subscriber terminals, compatible with the Technical solution. The Technical solution for the provision of the Service includes the following components: • Connecting the Client to a technical solution through interfaces (REST API, SMPP, Web UI, etc.); • Provision, Connection and maintenance of Identifiers on the Operator's network; • Determination of the User's belonging to a specific mobile network; • Sending/receiving SMS by Clients to Users within the Operator's network; • Transit of SMS messages on the networks of mobile operators, based on additional request from the Client (Appendix #3); • Templating of SMS traffic (Appendix #4).

Technical Solution. The source for much of Northern Ireland’s drinking water is Lough Neagh. This natural Lough is the largest fresh water lake in the UK (392km2), with a catchment extending to cover 43% of Northern Ireland’s land area. The Lough itself is surrounded by agricultural land which results in a substantial load of nutrient run-off into the Lough. It is also a very shallow Lough which means that water temperatures rise very quickly in the spring and summer; together with the high nutrient levels this causes considerable algal growth. As a result, the raw water quality and treatability is highly variable. The water is typically medium hard with low colour and medium turbidity levels. Manganese is also present in the raw water intermittently. The two major works (Dunore and Castor Bay) formally utilised a combination of Ozone and Slow Sand Filtration in order to reduce organics levels in the treated water. Xxxxxxxx carried out extensive jar tests and determined that in order to meet the stringent water quality requirements a coagulation process would be needed (using Aluminium Sulphate). All of the sites were designed to have the same basic process chemistry. Clarification is achieved by Dissolved Air Flotation, followed by Primary Filtration through dual media Rapid Gravity Filters. Manganese Contactors were installed and Ozone/Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) was also chosen as a final treatment step to further reduce organic levels. UV254 monitoring has been installed at two stages of the treatment process. On the Raw water the reading is used to control the Coagulant Dosing based on a feed forward algorithm. Post GAC is monitored for low level organics levels using a low range UV monitor. This reading is used to assess GAC performance and use as a warning that re-generation may be necessary. Fine THM control is ensured by a control algorithm that calculates potential THM formation based on Temperature, Chlorine decay and Residence Time. The algorithm controls THM formation by adjusting the residence time in the final water contact tank. The introduction of coagulant dosing produces a much greater sludge volume that must also be dealt with. Fully automatic sludge presses with integral cake scrapers were chosen together with covered sludge drying beds that reduce the sludge mass to a minimum before off site disposal. This process is the first large scale application in the UK 150
Technical Solution. The Technical Solution section shall be arranged as follows:
(a) Describe the relationships and interactions between the contract activities and tasks proposed in the PWS. The description shall be sufficiently robust to give the evaluators a complete understanding of the concept of operations including: (1) actors and their roles and (2) time- referenced flows of physical objects, data, and reports.
(b) Describe the extent to which the proposed technical solution, utilizes existing industry infrastructure and assets. Indicate the maturity of proposed technologies, processes, and/or systems and describe how they are currently being used or have been used in similar efforts. If new or unproven technologies, processes, and/or systems are proposed, provide a discussion trading off risk versus anticipated benefits. If the proposed solution requires the development or modification of software application(s) or code, describe the scope of development or modification required.
(c) Provide a complete assessment of risks associated with the technical solution and proposed strategies to mitigate those risks. Include criteria for determining when a risk event occurs.
Technical Solution. No later than twelve (12) months after execution of this Amendment, Stereotaxis will use reasonable commercial efforts to identify and implement an exclusive technical solution that represents added value for use of the Existing Daughter Products and New Daughter Product (for example, automation features that work specifically with the Existing Daughter Products and New Daughter Product).
Technical Solution a complex of software and hardware facilities, developed and maintained by the Operator, which enables data transfer via SMS-Aggregator to User and/or from User to SMS-Aggregator using the Service over the communication network of Operator and/or other telecommunications operators by means of Identifiers and SMS technology. User may use the Service through the use of subscriber terminals compatible with the Technical solution. The Technical solution for the provision of Telecommunication services may include the following components:
a) Connection of SMS-Aggregator to the Identifiers of Operator and/or other network operators;
b) Provision of technical connection to allow Users to access the Services of SMS-Aggregator through the use of Identifiers, or through other methods agreed between the Parties;
c) SMS traffic templates.
Technical Solution. Taking holiday during furlough leave. Technically it seems that holiday will continue to accrue in the usual way during periods of furlough leave as furlough leave appears to be like sick leave or maternity leave where holidays accrue. It is likely that PAYE workers will not want to take holidays during this leave. It is however unclear what effect taking annual leave will have upon furlough leave (and indeed, whether a PAYE worker can be on annual leave and furlough leave simultaneously).
Technical Solution. Describe your technical approach to the design and construction of the solar project including: o System Technical Summary ▪ System capacity (kW-DC and kW-AC) ▪ Estimated annual electricity production (kWh-AC) ▪ Panel, inverter, racking specifications o Conceptual Design Drawings showing the physical layout of the proposed PV and inverters including recommended tilt and azimuth o PVSYST report indicating production of the proposed system o Proposed monitoring system including, but not limited to, equipment requirements, data output, and maintenance requirements • Proposer Profile: Years in business, type of organization, description of background working with school districts or other public agencies, Illinois Secretary of State certificate of good standing, sample certificate of insurance showing coverage limits, and the previous 2 fiscal years of audited company financial statements.
