Proposed Venue definition

Proposed Venue means a gaming venue with characteristics as set out in the Venue Operator's EOI Form. Regulations means any regulations made under the Act. State means the Crown, in the right of the State of Victoria. Term means the period from the date the last party executes this Entitlement-Related Agreement until termination under clause 9.

  • If an Adjustment Event occurs, the Minister will determine the price payable for such Entitlements in accordance with rule 12 of the Allocation and Transfer Rules published in the Victoria Government Gazette (No. S379/17), using the characteristics of the approved venue (rather than the characteristics of the Proposed Venue) to determine a most similar pre-existing venue (and therefore in accordance with that rule, the price payable for such Entitlements) (Adjusted 2022-2032 Price).

  • Adjustment to 2022-2032 Price Adjustment Event If the Venue Operator: is allocated Entitlements in respect of a Proposed Venue; and uses some or all of those Entitlements for the first time to conduct gaming at an approved venue which differs materially from the Proposed Venue, (Adjustment Event) then the price payable for those Entitlements used in the approved venue will be adjusted in accordance with this clause 7.

Related to Proposed Venue

  • Exhibition Venue means the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre situated at 1 Expo Drive, Wan Chai, Hong Kong or such other venue designated by the Organiser and notified to the Exhibitor in writing prior to the commencement of the Exhibition.

  • Reference Jurisdiction means, in respect of the Reference Currency, the country (or countries of the currency block) for which the Reference Currency is the lawful currency.

  • Chosen Courts has the meaning set forth in Section 9.10(b).

  • Objection means any objection, application, motion, complaint or any other legal proceeding seeking, in whole or in part, to Disallow, determine, liquidate, classify, reclassify or establish the priority, expunge, subordinate or estimate any Claim (including the resolution of any request for payment of any Administrative Claim) or Interest other than a Claim or an Interest that is Allowed.

  • Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction means any foreign country that has been designated as non-cooperative with international anti-money laundering principles or procedures by an intergovernmental group or organization, such as the Financial Task Force on Money Laundering, of which the U.S. is a member and with which designation the U.S. representative to the group or organization continues to concur.

  • Competent Court of Law means any court or tribunal or any similar judicial or quasi- judicial body in India that has jurisdiction to adjudicate upon issues relating to this Agreement;

  • Courts means the Ontario Court, the Quebec Court and the BC Court.

  • Objections means any objection, application, motion, complaint or any other legal proceeding seeking, in whole or in part, to disallow, determine, liquidate, classify, reclassify, or establish the priority, expunge, subordinate or estimate any Claim (including the resolution of any request for payment of any Administrative Claim).

  • Forum means any federal, state, local, municipal, or foreign court, governmental agency, administrative body or agency, tribunal, private alternative dispute resolution system, or arbitration panel.

  • Chosen Court has the meaning assigned in Section 8.5(b).

  • Federal Court means the Federal Court of Australia.

  • subordinate court means a court of Ascension subordinate to the Supreme Court that has been established by Ordinance, and includes the exercise of any power or jurisdiction in relation to an inquiry conferred on a Coroner by the Coroners Ordinance or any Ordinance replacing or amending that Ordinance;

  • Actions or Proceedings means any action, suit, proceeding, arbitration or Governmental or Regulatory Authority investigation or audit.

  • Action or Proceeding means any lawsuit, proceeding, arbitration or other alternative resolution process, Governmental Authority investigation hearing, audit, appeal, administrative proceeding or judicial proceeding.
