Proscribed Investments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.13(a). Recyclable Proceeds shall mean proceeds that constitute return of capital or gain on a Portfolio Investment, but not proceeds that constitute income from such Portfolio Investment, as determined by the Investment Manager in its sole discretion.
