Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.
Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
Grant Manager means CalRecycle staff person responsible for monitoring the grant.
Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.
Airport Manager means that term as defined in section 2 of the aeronautics code of the state of Michigan, 1945 PA 327, MCL 259.2.
Exit Manager the person appointed by each party pursuant to paragraph 3.3 of this Schedule 8 (Exit Arrangements) for managing the Provider’s obligations under Schedule 8 (Exit Arrangements);
the Chair means the Chair of the Licensing Committee.
Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.
City’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the City under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;
the Chairman means the Chairman presiding at any meeting of members or of the Board;
Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.
Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.
ISA Manager means Investec Bank plc.
Account Manager means a Person that acts as an agent and attorney-in- fact to buy or sell Swaps via the SEF operated by BSEF in the name and on behalf of another Person. An Account Manager may also be a Participant.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.
Independent Manager shall refer to a member of the Board that meets the standards of an “independent director” set forth in NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4200(a)(15) (on any successor rule) with respect the Company, the Administrator and their respective affiliates. In the event a Special Committee is formed, the term “Independent Manager” shall, as the context requires, refer generically to each Independent Manager.
Program Manager means the HCAI manager responsible for the grant program.
Supervisor means Advisors Asset Management Inc., and its successors in interest, or any successor evaluator appointed as hereinafter provided."
Independent Director/Trustee means any; (i) director or trustee of an Invesco Mutual Fund who is not an “interested person” (as defined in Section 2(a)(19) of the Investment Company Act) of an Invesco Mutual Fund; (ii) director or trustee of an Invesco ETP who is not an “interested person” (as defined in Section 2(a)(19) of the Investment Company Act) of an Invesco ETP; or (iii) member of the Invesco Canada Independent Review Committee, Invesco Canada Funds Advisory Board or Board of Directors of Invesco Corporate Class Inc. who has no other executive responsibilities or engagement in an Invesco Canada Fund or Invesco NA’s day-to-day activities beyond the scope of their duties as director/trustee.
Case manager means a Department of Human Services or Area Agency on Aging employee who assesses the service needs of an applicant, determines eligibility, and offers service choices to the eligible individual. The case manager authorizes and implements the service plan and monitors the services delivered.
District Manager means the District Manager of the appropriate local district office of the Ministry, where the
Scheme Manager Means Gloucestershire County Council as administering authority of the Gloucestershire Local Government (LGPS) Pension Fund
Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.
Alternate Director means a person elected or appointed to serve, as the occasion requires, as a member of the board of a company in substitution for a particular elected or appointed director of that company;
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
