Protocol of Mechanical Completion definition

Protocol of Mechanical Completion means the document in the form of Appendix 10;
Protocol of Mechanical Completion means the document in the form set out in Appendix 10 (Forms); "Protocol of Redelivery and Acceptance" means the document in the form set out in Appendix 10 (Forms); "Provisional Conversion Price" shall have the meaning given to it in Article 16.3 (Contract Price and Terms of Payment); "Provisional Re-measurable Price" shall have the meaning given to it in Article 16.2 (Contract Price and Terms of Payment); "Prudent Engineering and Construction Practice" means a thorough, efficient and workmanlike manner with due diligence and care by qualified and competent personnel, exercising that degree of skill and diligence which would ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced international contractor engaged in a similar undertaking to the Contractor's Scope; "Ready for First Gas" shall occur when the conditions set forth in Clause 31.1 of the GIMI Topsides Agreement have been achieved; "Ready for First Gas Hold-point" [*****]; "Ready for First Gas Certificate" means the certificate issued by the Owner to the Sub-Contractor in accordance with Clause 31 of the GIMI Topsides Agreement; "Redelivery" means the final acceptance by the Owner of the Works in accordance with Article 23 (Redelivery) as evidenced by the concurrent delivery of a Protocol of Redelivery and Acceptance by the Owner and Contractor to each other; "Redelivery Date" shall mean the scheduled date for Redelivery is required to take place as notified by the Contractor to the Sub-Contractor, which as of the Date of Agreement is scheduled as:

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Practical Completion means the completion of the Project where the building is fit for occupancy and/or purpose.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Date of Practical Completion means the date certified in the QBCC Form 7 - Certificate of Practical Completion in accordance with Condition 28.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.

  • Expedited Deliverability Study means a deliverability study that an eligible Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S) that may determine the extent to which an existing or proposed facility satisfies the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at its requested CRIS level without the need for System Deliverability Upgrades. The schedule and scope of the study is defined in Sections 25.5.9.2.1 and 25.7.1.2 of this Attachment S.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Drug use test means a scientifically substantiated method to test for the presence of illegal or performance-enhancing drugs or the metabolites thereof in a person’s urine.

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(1) (c) (ii) for implementing the municipality’s delivery of municipal services and its annual budget.

  • Certificate of Substantial Completion means the certificate executed by the A/E, ODR and Contractor that documents to the best of A/E’s and ODR’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s sufficient completion of the work in accordance with the Contract, so as to be operational and fit for the use intended.
