Provider Policies definition

Provider Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(b).
Provider Policies has the meaning set out in clause 13.5; Recipient shall mean the Party which receives or obtains directly or indirectly Confidential Information; Regulatory Body means any regulatory authority (including the Financial Conduct Authority and the Data Protection Regulator) that is responsible for the regulation or supervision of CUSTOMER or any Affiliate (or any function of the CUSTOMER or any Affiliate); Relevant Requirements means all Law relating to bribery, corruption and fraud, including the Bribery Act 2010 and any guidance issued by the Secretary of State for Justice pursuant to section 9 of the Bribery Act 2010;
Provider Policies. If and to the extent that PROVIDER consents to any of VENDOR’s personnel accessing or using any PROVIDER Facilities/Assets, then VENDOR will ensure as follows:  each of VENDOR’s personnel comply with PROVIDER’s specified restrictions and requirements regarding access to and use of PROVIDER Facilities/Assets and all of PROVIDER’s policies and procedures (including those relating to confidentiality, safety, security, privacy and conduct) regarding access to or use of PROVIDER Facilities/Assets as established and revised by PROVIDER from time to time;  when the VENDOR personnel no longer require access to or use of the PROVIDER Facilities/Assets in connection with the Project, the VENDOR personnel will promptly cease the access and use and return the PROVIDER Facilities/Assets to PROVIDER in substantially the same condition as when the PROVIDER Facilities/Assets were first made available to the VENDOR personnel; and  the VENDOR personnel will not interfere with PROVIDER’s use of PROVIDER Facilities/Assets or with PROVIDER’s normal business operations.

Examples of Provider Policies in a sentence

  • The Provider Policies and Procedures Manual shall be available both electronically and in hard copy (upon request) to all network providers, without cost, when they are initially enrolled, when there are any chances in policies and procedures, and upon a provider’s request.

  • The Contractor shall offer Provider Policies and Procedures Manual training to all network providers when they are initially enrolled in the network, whenever there are changes in policies or procedures, and upon a provider’s request.

  • The Contractor shall provide and maintain a Provider Policies and Procedures Manual for use by the Contractor’s network of Hoosier Healthwise providers.

  • Updates or changes in operation that require revisions to the Provider Policies and Procedures Manual shall be submitted to OMPP for review and approval in accordance with the requirements outlined in Section 5.7.1.

  • The terms of the Provider Policies and Procedures Manual may be updated by BCBSNE from time to time.

  • The types of care that qualify and the length of time that the contracting agreement shall continue to apply are stated in the BCBSNE Provider Policies and Procedures Manual.

  • It is agreed that collection or demand letters consistent with the PacifiCare Provider Policies and Procedures Manual shall not constitute the commencement of legal or equitable action.

  • Solely for purposes of promoting the Company’s participation in the Programme each party may use the name of the other as specified in EIC’s Preferred Provider Policies.

  • This report shall be as described in the PacifiCare Provider Policies and Procedures Manual.


More Definitions of Provider Policies

Provider Policies means any March Vision Care or Plan policies, procedures, reference guides, manuals and other governing documents referred to in this Agreement or required by any agreement with a Plan. March Vision Care shall make available to Provider the Provider Policies in effect as of the date hereof. Additionally, Provider may obtain access to the most current Provider Policies via EyeSynergy® or other electronic means.

Related to Provider Policies

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • CSR Policy means the present Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of the Company, which covers the activities to be undertaken by the Company as specified in Schedule VII to the Act and the CSR Expenditure thereon.

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • R&W Insurance Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.15.

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Provider is any individual or company that provides professional or technical services.

  • Local Service Provider (LSP means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.
