Provisional Agreement definition

Provisional Agreement means the Agreement on the Constitution of a Provisional European Telecommunications Satellite Organization «INTERIM EUTELSAT», done at Paris on 13 May 1977 between Administrations or Recognized Private Operating Agencies and deposited with the French Administration;
