Provisional Monthly Charge definition

Provisional Monthly Charge has the meaning set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
Provisional Monthly Charge means the amount set out in a P2 Settlement Report (or, if the Prepayment Invoicing Date for Month X is prior to the start of Month X-2, a P1 Settlement Report) in respect of estimated charges for any Month or, such other amount or additional amount as may be agreed by SW and the Licensee or determined by the Commission under Clauses 3 or 8A.4, all of which may be paid under Clauses 3, 8A or 8.2;
Provisional Monthly Charge means the charge calculated pursuant to paragraph 4.2 of schedule 2 in accordance with the Guidance from time to time in effect.

Examples of Provisional Monthly Charge in a sentence

  • If any Charge (not being a Primary Charge or a Provisional Monthly Charge) is due to SW, or any payment is due to the Licensee under this Agreement, the Party entitled to payment shall (subject to Appendix 7 of Schedule 5) submit an invoice to the Party liable to make payment for the total amount properly payable, and provide such documentation as is necessary to verify the same.

  • If any Charge (not being a Primary Charge or a Provisional Monthly Charge) is due to SW, or any payment is due to the Licensee under this Agreement, the Party entitled to payment shall submit an invoice to the Party liable to make payment for the total amount properly payable, and provide such documentation as is necessary to verify the same.

  • This applies only to provisional invoices or other invoices or aggregated groups of invoices which exceed the Default Trigger Amount (the value of the Provisional Monthly Charge in the month that the invoice was due).

  • The Provisional Monthly Charge in respect of Month X shall be paid by the Licensee by the tenth Business Day prior to the start of Month X.

  • The Provisional Monthly Charge in respect of any Month invoiced under Clause [8.1.2(b)] shall be paid by the Licensee by the tenth Business Day prior to the start of the Month preceding the Month to which the Provisional Monthly Charge relates.

  • The steps leading to Licensee Default in each case are as follows: • Non-Payment (paragraph 1) If the Licensed Provider fails to pay the Provisional Monthly Charge or any other charge(s) greater than the ‘Default Trigger Amount’ (the value of the Provisional Monthly Charge in the month in which the invoice was due) within 5 business days of the due date, a non-payment notice under paragraph 1 can be issued.

  • In respect of any payment that is made in advance, xxx Xxxxxxxxxx shall calculate the Provisional Monthly Charge in accordance with the Guidance.

  • Invoices will be split into the following four categories: • Primary Provisional – The Provisional Monthly Charge • Primary Reconciliation – Reconciliation Statements issued in respect of any settlement run • Non-Primary – Invoices in respect of any activities in section 6 (‘Other Wholesale Services (Non- Primary Charges)’) of the Wholesale Scheme of Charges and invoices for late payment interest.

  • SW may report to the Commission any failure by the Licensee to pay a Provisional Monthly Charge by the expiry of the period for payment specified in Clause 8.2.

  • The Provisional Monthly Charge in respect of any Month invoiced under Clause 8.1.2(b) shall be paid by the Licensee not later than the fourth Business Day after the Prepayment Invoicing Date.

Related to Provisional Monthly Charge

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Monthly Shared-Loss Amount means the change in the Cumulative Shared- Loss Amount from the beginning of each month to the end of each month.

  • Monthly Recurring Charge or “MRC” shall mean the monthly recurring charges for the Service as set out in the Customer Order Form or COF;

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Net Loss Amount means the sum of Cumulative Loss Amounts under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement and Aggregate Net Charge-Offs under the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Premium surcharge means a payment required from a subscriber, in addition to the subscriber's medical premium contribution, due to an enrollee's tobacco use or an enrolled subscriber's spouse or state registered domestic partner choosing not to enroll in their employer- based group medical when:

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Monthly Earnings means your gross monthly income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to your date of disability. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.
