Pubco Subordinate Voting Shares means Class A subordinate voting shares of Pubco which will have substantially the same special rights and restrictions as the Resulting Issuer Subordinate Voting Shares;
Pubco Subordinate Voting Shares has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
Pubco Subordinate Voting Shares means the common shares of Pubco, as authorized in the constating documents of Pubco.
