Public Procurement Regulatory Authority definition

Public Procurement Regulatory Authority means the authority established under the Public Procurement Act No. 21 of 2004 of the laws of the Recipient and referred to in Section IV (B) (1) (d) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
