The City Team shall consist of the Chief of Police, the Human Resources Director or designee, the Public Safety Director or designee, and four (4) additional City representatives chosen by the Chief of Police.

Should the Chief choose not to offer this option or should the member reject the Chief's offer, the Chief shall transmit the departmental charges to the Public Safety Director for a departmental hearing.
Such access and copies, if requested in a timely manner, shall be provided reasonably in advance of any hearing by the Chief or Public Safety Director.
