Public School CFD definition

Public School CFD means San Francisco Unified School District of the City and County of San Francisco Community Facilities District No. 90-1 (Public School Facilities).

  • Public System means the telecommunications system run by a public telecommunications operator or internet service provider which may be accessed by GSM Data, ISDN, IP, Mobitex (i.e., the Radio Packet Data Network), analogue line or other transmission type.

  • Public Sewer means a sewer in which all owners of abutting properties have equal rights, and is controlled by public authority.

  • High school means grades 9 through 12.

  • CCMA means the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration established in terms of section 112 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995;

  • Applicable School Finance Law means Chapters 48 and 49 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, and other applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, the Texas Economic Development Act (Chapter 313 of the TEXAS TAX CODE); Chapter 403, Subchapter M, of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE applicable to the District; and, the Constitution and general laws of the State applicable to the school districts of the State, including specifically, the applicable rules, regulations, and interpretations of the agencies of the State having jurisdiction over any matters relating to the public school systems and school districts of the State, and judicial decisions construing or interpreting any of the above. The term also includes any amendments or successor statutes that may be adopted in the future which impact or alter the calculation of the Applicant’s ad valorem tax obligation or the M&O Amount in Section 4.2 of this Agreement to the District, either with or without the limitation of property values made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • School campus means all areas of the property under the jurisdiction of the school that are accessible to students during the school day.

  • Diocesan Schools Commission means the education service provided by the diocese, which may also be known, or referred to, as the Diocesan Education Service.

  • public sewer map means the map made available under Section 199(5) of the 1991 Act (l);

  • School climate means the quality and character of school life with a particular focus on the quality of the relationships within the school community between and among students and adults.

  • Original Public Sector Employee means a former employee of the Crown or other public sector body who as a result of the application of the TUPE Regulations, in relation to what was done for the purposes of carrying out a contract for the provision of services which were equivalent of or similar to the Services, becomes or became an employee of someone other than the Crown or other public sector body.

  • School bus means every motor vehicle owned by a public or governmental agency or private school and operated for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity, to or from school or school activities, or, privately owned and operated for compensation for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity to or from school or school activities (Education Law §11[1] and Vehicle and Traffic Law §142).

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • Public Vehicle means a Person whose securities are listed and traded on a national securities exchange and shall include a majority owned subsidiary of any such Person or any operating partnership through which such Person conducts all or substantially all of its business.

  • Public funds means money belonging to the government.
