Public Staff definition

Public Staff means the Public Staff of the Commission, an independent agency established in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 62-15 et seq., that represents the interests of the using and consuming public in matters pending before the Commission.
Public Staff means the Public Staff of the North Carolina Utilities Commission established pursuant to G.S. 62-15.
