Public Staff definition

Public Staff means the Public Staff of the Commission, an independent agency established in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 62-15 et seq., that represents the interests of the using and consuming public in matters pending before the Commission.

  • The Public Staff and other intervenors shall file direct testimony and exhibits of witnesses at least 15 days prior to the hearing date.
