PUBLICATIONS AND DESIGNS definition

PUBLICATIONS AND DESIGNS means the custom school take-home folders and related advertising graphic design services provided by LICENSOR to LICENSEE in relation to the ADVERTISING PRODUCT.
PUBLICATIONS AND DESIGNS means folders, greeting cards, and other publications relating to the Business Concept and all graphic design services provided by the Licensor to the Licensee in relation to the Publications.

Related to PUBLICATIONS AND DESIGNS

  • Publications means communication to the offices of a Member, including subscriptions to newspapers, and periodicals.

  • Publication NPC-233 means the Ministry Publication NPC-233, "Information to be Submitted for Approval of Stationary Sources of Sound", October, 1995 as amended.

  • Promotion of Access to Information Act ’ means the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000);

  • Publication NPC-205 means Ministry Publication NPC-205, Sound Level Limits for Stationary Sources in Class 1 & 2 Areas (Urban), October, 1995; and

  • Publication NPC-232 means the Ministry Publication NPC-232, "Sound Level Limits for Stationary Sources in Class 3 Areas (Rural)", October, 1995 as amended.

  • Client Publications means the general client publications of State Street Bank and Trust Company available from time to time to clients and their investment managers.

  • Publication NPC-207 means the Ministry draft technical publication “Impulse Vibration in Residential Buildings”, November 1983, supplementing the Model Municipal Noise Control By-Law, Final Report, August 1978, published by the Ministry.

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.

  • Disclosures means the disclosures set out in ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ .

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Publication means any report, article, educational material, handbook, brochure, pamphlet, press release, public service announcement, web page, audio or visual material or other communication for public dissemination, which relates to all or any portion of the Grant Plan or is paid for in whole or in part using Grant Funds.

  • Publication Date means an Ordinary Publication Date or an Extraordinary Publication Date, as the case may be.

  • Development regulations or "regulation" means the controls

  • Patent Applications means all published and unpublished nonprovisional and provisional patent applications, reexamination proceedings, invention disclosures and records of invention, applications for certificates of invention and priority rights, in any country and regardless of formal name, including without limitation, substitutions, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, renewals, revivals, reissues, re-examinations and extensions thereof.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Place of public assembly means a building used for social gatherings, religious purposes or indoor recreation by 50 or more persons;

  • Department of Information Technology means the New Mexico Department of Information Technology which is responsible for operating the data center and all communications related items.

  • Container station and depot services means activities consisting in storing containers, whether in port areas or inland, with a view to their stuffing/stripping, repairing and making them available for shipments.

  • Innovations means all discoveries, designs, developments, improvements, inventions (whether or not protectable under patent laws), works of authorship, information fixed in any tangible medium of expression (whether or not protectable under copyright laws), trade secrets, know-how, ideas (whether or not protectable under trade secret laws), mask works, trademarks, service marks, trade names and trade dress.

  • Marketing Information means marketing studies, marketing analyses, and similar research and information designed to identify potential customers and business relationships.

  • Developments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9(e) below.

  • Designs means your plans, layouts, specifications, drawings and designs for the proposed furnishings, fixtures, equipment, signs and décor of the Hotel that use and incorporate the Standards.

  • Public access means that the public can inspect and obtain a copy of the information in a court record.

  • Public Art means art that shall be accessible to the public, and includes all forms of original creations of visual art, conceived in any medium, material, or combination thereof, including paintings, drawings, stained glass, and murals in any media; statues, bas relief, mobile, kinetic, electronic, neon, or other sculptures; environmental artworks; fountains, arches or other structures intended for ornament; integrated and functional architectural elements of a structure; video and other media-based works; inscriptions, fiber works, carvings, mosaics, photographs, drawings, collages, textile works and prints; crafts, both decorative and utilitarian in clay, fiber, wood, metal, glass, stone, plastic and other materials; artist-designed public spaces and functional elements which are either a part of a larger project or a separate entity in and of itself.

  • right to information means the right to information accessible under this Act which is held by or under the control of any public authority and includes the right to—

  • Confidential commercial or financial information means any business information (other than trade secrets) which is exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirement of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552. Exemptions from mandatory disclosure which may be applicable to business information contained in proposals include exemption (4), which covers “commercial and financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential,” and exemption (9), which covers “geological and geophysical information, including maps, concerning wells.”
