Publicly Traded definition

Publicly Traded means listed or admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or another national securities exchange or designated for quotation on the NASDAQ National Market, or any successor to any of the foregoing.
Publicly Traded means a company that (i) has a class of securities that is traded on a national securities exchange and (ii) is required to file periodic reports with either the Securities and Exchange Commission or its primary federal bank regulator.
Publicly Traded means having common equity securities listed or admitted to trading on any U.S. national securities exchange.

Publicly Traded means, with respect to shares of capital stock or other securities, that such shares or other securities are traded on a U.S. securities exchange or quoted on the over-the-counter market.
